CONCLUSIONS: Prior to chemotherapy, risk of GI perforation should be evaluated. We consider that small intestinal ulcerative lesion is high risk of GI perforation. WebbThe patient is qualified for a laparotomy. An intraoperative diagnosis of perforated gangrenous appendicitis with autoamputation was made.
