Melon is a pretty common allergy ... WebAug 16, 2008 · No its definatly not a diaper rash. Its a raw red ring around the head almost. But not all the way around. I just thought if it was raw and red diaper rash cream might help since I know its at least safe to use on a babies bum. But polysporin might be a better idea. I have some from his circumsision. Ill see if it looks less red tomorrow.
