WebMelody is easy to use and Eli's infinite bomb + bomb throwing is very powerful. Cedence is just default and I'd put her here. Dorian is awkward to use but he has great starting gear (1.5 armor, +1 damage) and he is the easiest character to do low%. He can't get ooze protection so zone 4 is quite hard for him.
